•This is a Family One-Year Medical Membership. This membership provides coverage for unlimited 45-
day trips abroad. This membership includes field rescue and medical evacuation, medical advisory and
intelligence, destination reports and alerts, and transport to home hospital of choice.
•This covers the primary member and spouse (or co-habitating partner) and up to six dependent children, 25 years
old or younger, during the entire membership term.
•This fully donated membership must be redeemed within 60 days of the auction.
•You may use the value of this certificate as a credit toward an upgrade. If you are between the ages of 75 and 85
you can apply the value toward an Extended Plan Membership; however, approval is dependent on the completion
and approval of an Extended Plan application.
•This membership is not for polar travel.
