printing, one month after the initial print run.
•It is autographed by the authors of each chapter: Arvid Benson, Robert Broadbent,
Jim Cope, Alex Cox, Harold Hallick, Bob Housholder, Chris Klineburger,
Roy Schultz, Leo Yates and Lloyd Zeman.
•Many of these authors have Grand Slam documentatin numbers: Housholder (#18),
Klineburger (#22), Broadbent (#32), Cope (#53), Cox (#54), Zeman (#94),
Schultz (#108) and Hallick (#110).
•The high bidder is responsible for all shipping costs.
