• The newly-recognized Matisoni argali is a highly desirable Ovis species with very limited availability. With its unique horn
configuration, this naturally occurring hybrid argali will be a top trophy for any serious mountain hunter seeking to reach
the Ovis World Slam, Super 20, Super 30 or Super 40.
• On this 10-day hunt, you will be personally guided by Yuri Matison and his team of experienced guides. This is much
more than a hunt; it is an incredible mountain adventure.
• Dates will need to be arranged between Yuri and the high bidder after the auction.
• Included is 4 x 4 transportation from Dushanbe, Tajikistan; food, lodging and an expert team of guides.
• Yuri has four different camps in the area; all have electricity and some have central heat as well as hot water,
indoor toilets, internet and television.
• Not included are license and tag ($12,000); gratuities; and trophy shipment.
• In the two years since GSCO added the Matisoni argali to the Ovis World Slam list, more than 20 successful clients
have hunted this species with Yuri.
• Yuri opened his first camp in 1991 and has had thousands of successful hunts since then.
