• This is a 1 x 1 hunt for one hunter for a very special
desert bighorn sheep (Ovis canadensis mexicana) with
one of the most renowned and highly regarded outfitters
in Mexico.
• This 10-day conservation hunt may be taken during
2021-22 and the successful bidder will hunt at Sierra
El Álamo, in the Sonora desert, 80,000 acres of freeranging
area.
• The proceeds from this auction will go directly to the
Sonora Wildlife Conservation Program, a unique and
intense transplant initiative of at least 200 desert
bighorn sheep in the Sierra El Alamo area.
• The arrival/departure point is Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico.
• The hunt may be upgraded to include mule deer for
$11,500.
• Extra hunters are welcome at $65,000 and non-hunters
at $2,500.
• Included are ground transportation, lodging, meals, and
guides.
• Licenses, CITES permit and gun permit ($1800) and
exportation of trophy are not included. Also not included
are air transportation and gratuities.
