• All proceeds from this auction item will benefit GSCO’s Wounded
Veteran Hunt Program Fund.
• Robert & Cathy DuHadaway will take care of all expenses associated
with the hunt.
• This is the opportunity for the high bidder to participate in Bob & Cathy’s
annual northern Maine Wounded Veteran Hunt. Not only will the high
bidder be able to be there with the other members of the group, but will be
able to hunt as well.
• The hunt is for six days with outfitter Moose Country Guide Service (owned
by Gary & Kim Sweeney of Stockholm, Maine), and will be the first week of
the Maine bear season.
• Accommodations will be at a cabin on a lake. Cabins have running water,
bedding and heat (if needed).
• If the high bidder flies in, they should arrive at Presque Isle, Maine. If driving,
of course, you would drive to the cabin on Lake Madawaska.
• The high bidder will be responsible for license and bear tag.
• Extra hunters are welcome at $2000 each, and non-hunters at $375 each.
